FEES & RESPONSE
Initial consultation and advice free. Please don't be afraid to seek my advice – no obligation or strings attached! I respond quickly to instructions, usually being able to undertake site visits within 2 to 3 weeks with a report following within a further 10 days. If a site visit is not required, a report is usually possible within 3 weeks and sometimes much sooner. I do my best to oblige in urgent cases. |  |
My rates for reports, site visits, conferences and court appearances are reasonable, and low as expert fees go! I would be pleased to give you a firm quotation or to explain how my charges would apply to your case.
I am happy to accept legally-aided cases (but I wish they would pay more quickly!).
I am prepared to be flexible if you cannot get legal aid and have limited means.
Payment terms strictly 30 days.
